I am honored to serve as the principal of Tierra Rosa Elementary and to join the Liberty Hill ISD family. With more than 17 years of experience in public education, I have had the privilege of serving students and families as an elementary teacher, school counselor, and campus administrator. Each role has strengthened my belief that every child deserves to feel valued, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential.
Throughout my career, I have been passionate about building meaningful relationships, fostering positive school cultures, and creating learning environments where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Most recently, I served as Assistant Principal at Rouse High School in Leander ISD, where I supported campus initiatives focused on instructional leadership, school safety, professional learning, and student success. Before campus administration, I worked as a school counselor at Canyon Ridge Middle School and taught at the elementary level in Austin ISD, experiences that provided me with a deep appreciation for the educational journey from early childhood through graduation.
I earned my master's degree in Educational Leadership from Texas State University and my bachelor's degree in History with a minor in Secondary Education from Texas Tech University. I also hold Texas certifications in Principal (EC-12), School Counselor (EC-12), Generalist (EC-6), Social Studies (4-8), History (8-12), and ESL (EC-12).
What drew me to Liberty Hill ISD is its commitment to Building Champions in Academics, Character, and Community. These values closely align with my own leadership philosophy and my belief that strong partnerships between schools, families, and the community create the best opportunities for student success.
As principal, I am committed to listening, learning, and working alongside our students, staff, and families to build upon the strong traditions that make Tierra Rosa Elementary such a special place. Together, we will continue creating an environment where every student experiences a sense of belonging, staff feels supported and empowered, and families are proud to be part of our school community.
Outside of school, my husband, Frank, serves as a lieutenant with the Cedar Park Fire Department. We have two children, Maxim and Nora, who are proud Liberty Hill ISD students. As a family, we enjoy spending time together, running, cooking, reading, relaxing by the pool with friends, and making memories with our dogs.
I look forward to partnering with our Wrangler families and helping every student grow, achieve, and thrive.
