Liberty Hill, TX — The Liberty Hill Independent School District Board of Trustees is proud to announce the appointment of Erin Boyd as the new principal of Louine Noble Elementary School, effective July 2025.
Mrs. Boyd brings over a decade of experience in Texas public education, including her most recent roles as Assistant Principal at Tierra Rosa Elementary and Rancho Sienna Elementary. A former Liberty Hill Elementary student herself, her return to the community is a full-circle moment she embraces with pride and purpose.
“We are thrilled to welcome Erin Boyd to Louine Noble Elementary,” said Interim Superintendent Travis Motal. “Her deep roots in Liberty Hill, coupled with a strong record of instructional leadership, campus culture building, and dedication to student achievement, make her an excellent fit for this role.”

Her commitment to fostering inclusive, student-centered environments has been a constant theme in her professional journey.
“I am honored to serve the Louine Noble Elementary community,” said Boyd. “My goal is to cultivate a collaborative and supportive school culture where students thrive academically, socially and emotionally.”
Erin holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Texas State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Learning and Development from the University of Texas at Austin.
